Pentax Optio features a digital camera and Optio WG-1 WG-1 GPS, which is the 12th generation of his adventures in the series which has a complementary color accents complete with carabineer. That has the ability to waterproof, dustproof, and cold weather resistant.
Pentax Optio WG-1 have of 14-megapixel sensor that is waterproof with a depth of up to 33 feet (about 10 meters), resistant to vibration and has a design able to withstand up to 5 feet (about 1.5 meters), and even with new construction, able to withstand heavy pressure to 220 pounds (about 100 kilograms).
For the Optio series WG-1 GPS, is the Pentax Optio series WG-1 with the addition of a GPS feature that allows recording of the current location to capture moments with an application that can be geo-tagging by connecting through a PC-based data location / map.
Pentax Optio WG-1 is able to survive at a temperature of minus degrees Celsius, with magnification of 5x optical zoom (equivalent 28-140mm). On the comfort side, Optio WG-1 use of 2.7-inch LCD screen with 16:9 aspect ratio that uses anti-reflective coating. For video, Optio WG-1 is able to capture with ability to 720p HD at 30 frames per second and have an HDMI port that allows users to display the video. Pentax Optio WG-1 is also compatible with Remote Control WP waterproof.
