SAMSUNG GALAXY S 2011 EDITION SMARTPHONE

 Samsung has just introduced new version of its Galaxy S smartphone in the Russian market that called the Samsung Galaxy S 2011 Edition.

Like its predecessor, the new handset is made in monoblock form factor and sports a 4-inch touchscreen Super AMOLED display with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels (WVGA).

The heart of new Samsung Galaxy S 2011 Edition is a 1.4GHz processor paired with runs Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS. It has 512MB RAM, 8GB of internal memory, a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with 720p HD video recording at 30 frames per second.

Samsung Galaxy S 2011 Edition is equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS with A-GPS, a slot for MicroSD card (up to 32GB), micro USB port, and a rechargeable 1650 mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy S 2011 Edition smart phone has a frame with embossed finish, dimensions of 122.4 x 64.2 x 9.9 mm with weighs 120 grams. It works in GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, and HSPA+ 900/1900/2100 MHz. New handset will be available in May 2011 for price of 22,000 rubles.
