On Sprint Samsung Replenish green smartphone

The Sprint’s first green Android smartphone is just announced by Sprint and the handset is dubbed the Samsung Replenish. This Samsung phone is partially built with recycled plastics and recyclable packaging.

Beside eco-friendly side, Samsung Replenish smartphone is comes in three color options – Onyx Black, Arctic Blue and Raspberry Pink. The Sprint Samsung Replenish is a 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen display, 2MP camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, full QWERTY keyboard, a microSD card slot (a 2GB card included), and Bluetooth 2.1,

The Samsung Replenish runs Android 2.2 Froyo OS and powered by a 600MHz processor. In additional, it has Sprint ID Pack (Green ID pack bundled). Sprint will offer the Samsung Replenish smartphone for $49.99 with contract and starting May 8, 2011.

Samsung Company Restore's eco-friendly smartphone at Virgin Mobile

The  Samsung QWERTY messaging phone  to be launched with Virgin Mobile  that known as the Samsung Restore. The handset is a green device, which is claimed 27 percent post-consumer recycled plastics, also 3 percent recyclable of the phone. As mention, Samsung Restore eco-friendly smartphone was announced by Sprint almost a year ago.

 
As messaging and social networking phone, Samsung Restore is brings a slide-out full QWERTY 4-row keyboard. It packs a 1.4 x 1.9-inch LCD display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, a 2MP camera with video recording, stereo Bluetooth, a microSD card slot, and an 1140 mAh battery that good for up to 6 hours continuous talk time.
Dimensions of Samsung Restore phone are 4.6 x 2.1 x 0.6 inches and weighs 3.7 ounces. For access to social networking sites and email services on Restore is providing shortcuts for easy to use of Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, AOL, Gmail, Yahoo! and MSN/Windows Live Hotmail.
