New-designed Google Search For Touchscreen Phones Being Tested:

Google is working on a re-designed version of Google Search and some users have already been testing the updated UI. Making it easier for those with touchscreen phones to navigate Google Search, texts and link are replaced withimages and buttons. The small links at the top of the page now offers finger-sized buttons for switching between Web, Images, Places, News, etc.

The re-designed Google Search also makes it easier to navigate to another Google product. Instead of trying to click on the 'more' link, with the new UI, a button is pressed that gives you the opportunity to switch to another of the Mountain-View based company's offerings. If you have had the opportunity to work with the revised Google Search.
